Ms Adeline ROCHAT

Adeline Rochat completed her Bachelor’s degree in law through distance learning and obtained her Master’s degree in law (specialising in legal professions) from the University of Neuchâtel. While studying, she also worked as a clerk in the Public Prosecutor’s Office and then as a legal expert for the city of Yverdon-les-Bains.

From 2021 to 2024, she completed her legal internship at the law firm of Gilles Monnier and Alain Vuithier, both lawyers in Pully. During this time, she argued numerous cases before civil and criminal courts. Ms Rochat also works for the SDIS régional du Nord vaudois as a firefighter and specialist officer, where she has been able to further her practice, particularly in administrative law and areas related to the fire service.

Admitted to the bar in September 2024, Ms Adeline Rochat joined the firm where she completed her internship and now works as an independent associate.

Ms. Rochat regularly provides legal advice and representation in court, particularly in family law (separation/divorce/children), criminal law, contract law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, and administrative law.
